1. Who provides the service
T2B Academy is operated by TIBD Company Limited (Tax ID 0105559056226), 50 Plant Factory Building, 2nd Floor, Ngamwongwan Rd., Lat Yao, Chatuchak, Bangkok 10900. Courses are taught in laboratories operated by K-API. By registering or booking on this website you agree to these terms.
2. Registration
- Please give correct details for every learner. Certificates are issued in the name you register.
- A seat is confirmed once payment is complete. We email a confirmation when it is.
- Private group courses are booked through a booking request. We confirm the date and the fee in writing before the group pays.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are shown in Thai baht on each course page. The fee that applies is the one shown when you register.
- Online payments are processed by a licensed payment provider (ChillPay). We do not see or store your card details.
- Payments are received by TIBD Company Limited.
4. Cancellation, rescheduling and refunds
See the cancellation, rescheduling and refund policy. In short: fees are not refunded if you cancel, but you can move to another session once for free (with at least 7 days' notice) or send someone in your place. If we cancel, you choose a full refund or another session.
5. Changes to a session
We may need to change the instructor, the room or the date of a session. We tell you before the session, and if we cancel or postpone it, the refund policy applies.
6. Safety in the laboratory
Hands-on sessions use laboratory equipment, heat and food or cosmetic ingredients. Please follow the instructor's safety instructions and wear the protective equipment provided. Tell us about any allergies or health conditions before the session. The instructor may pause a learner's hands-on work if it is unsafe to continue.
7. Course materials
Handouts, slides and formulas shared in class are for your own learning. Please do not copy, resell or publish them, or record a session, without our written permission.
8. Certificates
A certificate is issued after attendance is recorded. Every certificate has a code that anyone can check at /verify.
9. Information on this website
Articles and course descriptions are general information for learning. They are not legal, regulatory or professional advice for a specific product. Registering a product with the Thai FDA or other authorities remains the responsibility of the product owner.

We handle personal data as described in the privacy notice.
